158. An Unholy Death: The Murder or Margaret Ann Pahl

 On April 5, 1980, Sister Madalyn Marie went to prepare for Easter Sunday which was the following day, entered the sacristy and stumbled across a horrifying scene.

71-year-old Sister Margaret Ann Pahl lay dead on the floor. Father Robinson was the main suspect but there wasn't enough evidence for him to be charged and the case went cold.

Twenty-three years later the case would be reopened after a woman comes forward with allegations of ritualistic abuse within the Toledo diocese. The woman said that she had been sexually and physically abused by members of the church in her youth and that she had witnessed satanic rituals where animals and children were sacrificed.

157. Smotherly Love: Kevin Boyd

 We are headed north to Lake Orion, Michigan, a suburb of Detroit. On August 6, 1994, a man was discovered on his apartment floor. His body is surrounded by blood. The man had fought furiously to escape his killer, as demonstrated by all the injuries on his face and body. His apartment showed no signs of a break-in, but it did look like someone had gone through the apartment. The man was Kevin Boyd, and his body was discovered by his son, Kevin, Jr. 

What the 16-year-old would encounter would be the absolute worst scenario. Kevin Sr. is positioned on his stomach on the floor with a pillow over the back of his head. The blood spatter on the wall let him know it was no accident. Kevin Jr. ran from the apartment, desperate to get some help.

156. Die, My Daughter, Die: The Murder of Tina Isa

 On the night of November 5, 1989, first responders arrived at the 3700 block of Delor St in St Louis, Missouri. Inside of an apartment, next to two bloody knives, lay the body of 16-year-old Tina Isa. Tina's father said that he had killed her in self-defense. 

Police would learn Tina's father, Zein Isa, was a suspected ringleader of a Palestinian terrorist cell and had been under the watchful eye and ear of the FBI.  The Isa's house had been bugged for some time and Tina's abuse and murder had been caught on tape.

155. Hudler Tree Farm Horror

 Today we are going to the southern United States to a town named Grassy Creek, North Carolina. It is home to a very well-known and recognized Christmas tree farm. It is January 24, 2008, right before noon, when a panicked call comes into 911 describing a most heinous scene at the Hudler tree farm. The caller explains there are two people who have been shot. Police are dispatched to the farm, and once on scene, investigators would find three bodies and a trail of clues. Since the family is so well admired and loved, no one can think of anyone that would do them any harm. What authorities would discover is a person who was well acquainted with murder.
