148. Small Town Tragedy: Kristin Umstadter

 In 1986, a young teenage couple was out and enjoying their final summer nights of fun. They were trying to make the most of their days off and freedom. Just as many teens do, they make a few bad decisions, but one of them would pay for that poor choice with her life. This tragic event would lead to another tragedy and leave a small town in disbelief.
